is a seasoned executive and community leader with decades of experience in real estate development, finance, and minority business advocacy. As Executive Director of the Michigan Minority Contractors Association since 2008, he has facilitated and collaborated with numerous Detroit-based chapters of national organizations supporting minority professionals in construction, engineering, architecture, planning, and hospitality. He is Vice President of multiple firms including Commercial Financial Specialist LLC and Barno Cole Land Development Group, where he drives strategic planning and marketing for commercial lending and land development.

And now brings his years of knoledge to Wheel Effects.

Sharlene, a bicycle rider and personal safety consultant, is a champion for the use of Wheel Effects rotating wheel ornaments. She recognizes their potential value for bicyclists, including allowing for individual expression and providing a reflective element that can increase visibility to drivers.  Sharlene has nearly two decades as a partner at both Media Planett, LLC and Wheel Effects, LLC (WFX). She now serves as the Chief Operating Officer at WFX.  In this role, she promotes greater recognition for the Wheel Effects, LLC brand globally.
